La Llama Place - Exchange & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with any item you have received from
La Llama Place, please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of the package receive date
for an exchange or full refund. Please make sure to include a copy of the invoice. Unfortunately,
shipping charges are not refundable unless it was our mistake. We highly recommend that any merchandise sent back to us be insured. Upon receiving and inspecting the merchandise, we will be happy to credit you by the original method of payment.

Special orders are non-returnable.

Wholesale customers: Items can be returned in original condition within 15 days of receive date for an exchange or full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable unless it was our mistake.
